1 – Boil milk.
2 – Add sugar and soaked and grind rice.
3 – contineous stir the mixture, avoid lumps.
4 – Cook till it becomes thick off the flame.
5 – Add half chia seed and stir it properly.
6 – Dissolve agar agar in two spoon of milk and ads in phirni and stir it properly.
7 – Fill mixture in cylindrical mold and keep in refrigerator for one hour or whenever it set as a pannacotta.
8 – Serve cold phirni pannacotta with chia seeds and garnish with chopped pistachios and rose petals.
