Recipe by Samantha Nunes – Pastry Chef, Goa Marriott Resort & Spa was a complete winner at our Masterclass.





– Butter 270 grams
– Self-raising flour 250 grams
– Castor Sugar 250 grams
– Vanilla Essence 2 – 3 drops
– Whole eggs 5 no’s
– Butter icing as required


–  Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy
–  Add eggs one by one followed by vanilla essence
–  Fold the flour, into the above mixture
–  Pour the batter into greased moulds and bake in pre-heated oven at 1800C for 15 minutes
–  Cool the cupcakes
–  Don’t forget a generous dollop of love

    Looking yummy. Cup cakes are available in different shapes and different flavors in Cake shops. If you want to buy cup cakes then buy from best cake shop for eg. Monginis otherwise try this recipe.
