The tastier I make my diet, the longer the chances of sticking to it. Early morning smoothies are something that I have introduced into my diet. It not only keeps me full but helps in detoxing.

I buy everything I need to put in the smoothie once a week and make packets and freeze them. This makes my life easier and I am sorted for a week. Every morning I just need to blend it.
