– Hung yogurt: 2 cups
– Fresh Mango puree: 200 gms
– Diced Mango: 100 gms
– Sugar: 1 tbsp
– Cardamom powder: a pinch
– Saffron: few strands
– Pistachio: to garnish
– Place the hung yogurt, fresh mango puree, sugar and cardamom powder in the Diamond Blender.
– Blend using the Mix function. Fold in the diced mango.
– Pour into bowls and chill for a 2 – 4 hrs before serving. Garnish with saffron and slivered pistachio.
