Chef Of The Fortnight: Mirajul Molla, Head Chef at Boveda Bistro, Mumbai gives us his recipe to make a perfect pizza dough!
– Olive Oil: 200 ml
– Full-fat Milk: 500 ml
– Refined Flour: 1 kg
– Yeast: 20 gm
– Salt: 20 gm
– Sugar: 15 gm
– Mix 200 ml olive oil with 500 ml milk and mix.
– Now pour this mixture in your KitchenAid Bowl Lift Stand Mixer. Slowly add the flour to this and keep the machine running on slow speed. Once mixed well, add salt and sugar.
– Mix well using KitchenAid Bowl Lift Stand Mixer for a few mins.
– Now, pack the dough in cling foil and allow resting for three hours.
